Ordering:

 

All our rosettes, sashes and badges are hand made to order, please therefore allow at least 28 days for the delivery of all personalised rosette orders during the months of February to October inclusive, when demand is highest. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders when you cannot avoid ordering at short notice. To speed up your order please give us as much notice as possible and provide us with either your event date or required delivery date at time of order. Telephone orders are welcome, however unless confirmed in writing any errors will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Whilst we have no minimum order on rosettes, sashes or badges - please note our minimum carriage charge.

 

An Order Handling & Packing Charge of £2.95 will be applied to each order

Delivery:

 

Despatch of all orders are subject to receipt of full payment. Where adequate notice has been given we aim to deliver your order within 28 days. All rosettes are hand packed in clear fronted bags in single layers where possible to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods after despatch, all deliveries are undertaken under carriers normal terms and conditions. Any errors or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery in order that we can rectify the problem.

 

Payment:

 

All orders are required to be paid for in full at the time of order, prior to their despatch. Payment for orders will be directed to the person making the order unless placed on behalf of a company, club or society authorised on their official stationary. Please do not hesitate to phone if you are at all unsure as to the total of your order.

Payment can be made by cheque with order, on receipt of a pro-forma invoice within seven days.

Miscellaneous:

 

All measurements and sizes where quoted are approximate and descriptions given as a guide only. We will only substitute materials or colours when absolutely necessary and will notify you prior to work commencing. Any amendments to an order once work has started will be deemed as a new order. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice, however all orders in hand will be processed as previous. In the event of an account being overdue we reserve the right to charge interest at no more than 3.5% per month until the account is cleared. Bounced cheques, a charge of £5.00 will be levied to cover our bank charges should a customers cheque be returned to us unpaid. Quantity Discounts are subject to our payment terms, and late payment of accounts will result in the loss of discount.
